1. Log in to your Webtickets Account *needs to be the Webtickets Account into which your membership was loaded
2. Click on 'My Account' and select 'My Tickets'
3. From the 'Choose Action' menu select 'View Memberships'

them with your name and membership number.

No cash refunds are given on online tickets. Refunds are via the credit card that was used in the original transaction or via EFT for Pick n Pay transactions. For refunds email refunds@tablemountain.net
Refunds take up to 7 to 10 working days to be processed.
Reschedules and Refunds for Pine Resorts tickets are allowed before and up to the date on the tickets.
No Refunds or reschedules allowed after the date has passed.
