Each production is different. Please contact the relevant theatre for more information on the show duration and if there is an interval.

Age restrictions are dependent on the theatres policies and productions.

As a standard rule, all children are required to have a ticket to enter the theatre.

No refunds permitted. If the show is taking place at Joburg Theatre or Market Theatre, please contact them directly as refunds requests are handled internally.

Reschedules will not be allowed from one event to another.
