Spring into action with an energising CG Fit Club session designed to boost your strength and energy! Get your heart racing with an upbeat Zumba class, then find balance and relaxation with a refreshing Yoga session to reset your mind and body.
Join us for an unforgettable fitness experience with Virgin Active and Kauai—let’s move, stretch, and feel amazing together.
What to expect:
- Workout Sessions: Start with a 45-minute Zumba Class, and then we will end it with a 45-minute Yoga Class.
- Entertainment: Expect energising music to keep you moving and motivated throughout both classes!
