 HELP - The Sanlam Cape Town Marathon Virtual Run

Please follow the instructions given in the email sent with the App details. You will find your unique code in the email. If you have not received the email, please contact raceoffice@capetownmarathon.com
Please contact raceoffice@capetownmarathon.com as they handle this internally. Kindly note that the cut off for qualifying was on 31 August 2020.
If you purchase a T-shirt before 20 September 2020, your T-shirt will be delivered before the race, provided we have your delivery address. If you purchased the Late Order T-shirt, it will be delivered mid-November 2020.
• Login to your Webtickets profile and click on My Tickets and click on Choose Action. There will be an option to resend confirmation.
• Login to your Webtickets profile and click on My Tickets, click on Choose Action. Please select the update entry to make any relevant changes.
Unfortunately upgrades and downgrades closed on the 25th of September 2020.
