Lace up those kicks, grab your towel, and let’s dive into the action. We’re kicking things off with a high-energy Pound class to get your heart racing, followed by a Kick class to push your limits.

Join us as we team up with Virgin Active and Kauai to create the ultimate workout experience.

What to expect:

- Workout Sessions: Start with a 45-minute Pound Class, and then we will end it with a 45-minute Kick Class.

- Entertainment: Expect energizing music to keep you moving and motivated throughout both classes!

- Welcome Gifts: All participants will receive a complimentary CG Fit Club branded gym towel.
