The London Roots Music Festival 2024

The Eastern Cape is one of the biggest exporters of skilled labour in the country, a larger number of metros such as Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg are from Eastern Cape. The December holidays present opportunities for these workers to visit their families back in the Eastern Cape, back to their Roots and to reunite with their loved ones.

East London is one of the main Cities in the Eastern Cape that people flock to during the December holidays, as it is famous for its golden beaches, beautiful landscapes and of course proximity to the homelands.

‘The London Roots concept’ was created as a homecoming celebration for all the Eastern Cape People returning home…back to their ROOTS.
