Schools Arts Festival 2024

The Schools’ Arts Festival gives learners the opportunity to showcase their talent on a professional stage. The festival stimulates a love for theatre and the performing arts while creating an individual sense of self-esteem, pride and achievement. The project encourages nation building as kids and their parents from different cultural backgrounds come together to experience a common goal. Selected items from schools participating in the Schools’ Arts Festival from 19th to 27th August will be showcased at the Gala event on Thursday 29th August 2024.

Secure parking is available for Artscape patrons at the Cape Town Civic Centre basement parking area. Access is via the Jan Smuts Street entrance at the times indicated below:

• Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays during showtimes
