MOVING FEET presents THE WIZARD OF OZ

Moving feet presents a dance interpretation of the Wizard of Oz. Join us as Dorothy is whisked away to the magical land of Oz where she encounters butterflies, lollipop kids and baby ballerina bees amongst many. Meandering along the yellow brick road with the help of the Good Witch she encounters: Scarecrow, Tin man and Lion. Along the way the Wicked witch of the east, her winged monkeys and other characters in the forest attempt to stop her. Finally, they arrive at Emeral city, welcomed by various dance numbers.
The Wizard of Oz grants all main characters their wishes and together we send Dorathy back home to Kansas. The message for our production is “there is no place like home” which couldn’t ring truer than this proudly South African show.
