15/22km Trail run or 6km Fun Run/Walk
Both events start & end at Forest Hills Sports Club. The Trail Run takes participants through riverine forest & grasslands past various waterfalls & the Nkonka Crack - 15km option available to entrants of the 22km run.
The 6km route passes through the forest to the spectacular Mphithi Falls before returning to the club.
Age limits:
15/22km - 16 yrs or older
6km - Under 13 yrs - paid parent/legal guardian to accompany
6km - 14 to 16yr - Indemnity form signed by parent/legal guardian
Funds from the event will be allocated to Honorary Officer Projects in the Reserve.
