DEMI SAPIEN

Willside, a Pretoria based professional contemporary dance company under the direction of Thato Nkwe, journeys into a tale titled DEMI-SAPIEN. It takes place during an international trade war where Lawrence, a Special Operations Forces officer, is assigned on a covert mission to assassinate an enemy forces lieutenant who is a key puzzle piece of the trade war. When Lawrence arrives on site, he finds remnants of a suicide. Upon his further investigation, Lawrence is made aware of the fate of a prisoner of war who was cruelly murdered and how this mysterious and unfortunate victim holds unprecedented information about Lawrence’s familial lineage.
