20km Trail run / 6km Fun Run/Walk
Both events start & end at Forest Hills Sports Club. The Trail Run takes participants through riverine forest & grasslands past various waterfalls & the Nkonka Crack - 14km route is available to entrants of the 20km run.
The 6km route passes through the forest to the spectacular Mphithi Falls before returning to the club.
Age limits:
20km - 14 yrs or older. For 14 to 16yr old, a paid parent/legal guardian to accompany
6km - Under 13 yrs - paid parent/legal guardian to accompany
6km - 14 to 16yr - Indemnity form signed by parent/legal guardian
Funds from the event will be allocated to HO Projects in the Reserve.
