Rosay Events in partnership with Reach for a Dream will be hosting a one of its kind Winter Carnival with an exciting fashion show, standup comedians, magicians,braai offs, football tournaments, petting zoos, dance groups & local singers, car shows, clowns and a variety of kiddie’s shows and rides, keeping everyone entertained for days. There will be a variety of national restaurants, pop up food stalls and tons of different shopping stalls, stocking anything & everything. Most proceeds from each event will be given to REACH FOR A DREAM.
