Pulane is a young woman, raised by her grandmother, the village healer.
Her mother, insists on a good education for Pulane, forcing her to adopt a city lifestyle – which goes against her grandmother’s teachings.
The story is about the life choices Pulane makes as she reaches maturity. The play is made possible by a grant of R1,200 000 from the National Lotteries Commission (NLC).
